We loved our stay! Super clean, beautifully kept, and in the perfect downtown location with tons of restaurants nearby. It smelled fresh the moment we walked in and felt very upscale.

From the beginning, there was communication and it was fantastic. The only thing I would add in in the place and I suggested it was a stepstool in the kitchen for those of us that are not as tall as 5 feet very quiet in like a Korean type neighborhood there were shops and restaurants. It was perfect for all of the conferences I had to attend was locally centered for that truly a hidden gem you should try to book it today

Lavelle’s place was beautiful and extremely clean. It was a short work trip, but we were very comfortable and look forward to staying there again next time we are in the Sacramento area.

Ive worked in hospitality since I was 14. I’ve worked in Las Vegas, the bay area, and scottsdale. And this adorable studio is everything hospitality stands for. I recently have just moved to the area and I ended up asking myself. I wonder if they would let me live here? Jokes aside. Fun and peaceful stay at this Airbnb.

Brand spanking new in a peaceful location right outside of downtown. Very clean and comfy place. Street parking is ample. Lavelle did a great job communicating and responding to any questions. Felt safe in the space. Bottled waters and coffee kcups are nice touches. Linens were nice and the bed was comfy.

I would stay here again over bigger Airbnbs. hotel rooms were double the price. Just beware the bed is on the softer side. I know some peeps prefer a firmer mattress, and a bad sleep may affect your whole day. The second bed/sofa is firm and very comfy.
